Scotty Gooding Personal Training has total body conditioning programs for corporates. Designed in city locations for ease at lunchtimes these programs will energise, revitalise and stimulate. Training in large groups is not only social but encourages organic competitiveness which pushes the individual towards their optimum which helps them reach their goals quicker.
THE TOTAL OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
Using Sydney’s parks and beaches as your gym means you can take your workout anywhere. There is an endless supply of picturesque locations, each offering a different challenge. If you are tired of visiting the ‘same-old’ gym, then you can choose to change your training setting as often as you like - the beach for soft-sand running and sea-air this week and Cooper Park for stair-drills and rainforest surrounds the next. Scotty Gooding Personal Training has a number of rain-proof locations, so bad weather is rarely an obstacle.

Scotty is a keen participant in many of Sydney’s race events and can help you pick one that suits you and make sure that you are ready for it. Or if you are already a keen competitor, he can help optimize your performance.
His personal involvement has included; Flora Half-Marathon, Centrepoint Tower Race, Barefoot Bondi Classic, Sydney to Wollongong Cycle and Wild Endurance 100km.
