Instructing exercise is one thing but communicating and understanding a client and their needs, injuries, preferences and goals is another thing.
Prior to commencing a private training program a screening is carried out ensuring no stone is left unturned. It’s our priority that we understand your goals, diet and preferences – from there we can tailor a program specifically for you.
You may be asked to train outside of our ‘contact time’ – a program will be delivered that will take into consideration your schedule, access to a gym and spare time. You will also receive advice and guidance on nutrition, no diets, no fads just straight-forward and easy to digest advice.
