You turn up at 6am with a big smile; enjoy a gentle warm-up before going nuts for the remaining hour – lifting, pushing, pulling, running, and much more.
Please always bring water with you as you will need to drink during the session. On sunny days we also suggest you bring your swimmers and a towel for the optional ocean dip post session.
To work as hard as YOU can. We are not drill instructors and will not single anyone out for not performing. We ask that you work as hard as YOU can and don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Most circuits or exercises are time-based and typically short in duration so you just do as many reps as you can in the allotted time. Easy!
A commonly asked question and the answer certainly is no. We structure the bootcamp so everyone can work at different intensities. We have everything from beginners to athletes training in out groups and everyone are able to keep up and get a great workout.
This is dependent upon you. The guys who improve the most and the quickest are the ones that come as often as they can, sometimes 5 times a week. Their results are testimony to their efforts. It’s important to know that it’s YOUR hard work that pays off not ours! But let’s say you come 3 times a week you will see results by the end of the second week.
Tell us prior to the session and we discuss the best possible solution. If an injury occurs during the session please let your trainer know immediately.

We would love to see you as often as you can make it. If you have signed up for bootcamp you are entitled to unlimited training!
We’d love it to be warm and dry every morning but alas that’s not always the case but we are here come rain or shine. The classes are never cancelled due to weather whether it is bootcamp, private or corporate.
